Our Tualatin District Office is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Sales Representative who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to make a difference in their community. In this role, you'll not only provide top-notch service to our clients you will also play an important part in growing the agency through new business development.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls from clients and potential customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.

• In-office work at our Tualatin location (not remote)
• English/Spanish fluency (spoken & written)
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a professional office or retail setting
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, etc.)
• Strong team collaboration skills and a professional phone presence
• Already carry a P&C license preferred or ability to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty insurance license within a set timeframe (we provide guidance and support)
