Bilingual Account Representative (Auto Finance)

Compensation & Schedule
- $18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (start times may include 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, or 1 PM)
- Temp-to-Perm
- Must be available to work up to 2 Saturdays per month
Permanent Hire Benefits
- $600 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding early-stage and delinquent auto loan accounts (auto finance collections)
- Negotiate payment arrangements and identify practical solutions to resolve outstanding balances
- Manage high-volume outbound calls while handling inbound inquiries as needed
- Perform skip tracing (using research tools and databases to locate updated contact information)
- Document all account activity accurately to meet compliance and performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center, collections, or accounts receivable environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in auto finance, loan servicing, or consumer collections
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to meet call volume and performance goals in a metric-driven environment
