TTEC is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English in Las Vegas, NV to support customers by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic solutions across multiple communication channels. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and strong computer and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience combined with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent along with basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply product or service knowledge while demonstrating empathy and active listening
