Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, account management, product usage, and service issues.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural environment.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service software.
