Nicole Hupp & Associates is a fast growing, high-volume insurance agency looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Aurora office.
This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone who already has insurance and customer service experience, communicates professionally, thrives in a fast paced environment, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
As part of our team, you will assist clients with billing questions, policy changes, coverage reviews, and overall account support while building strong customer relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with both our sales and service teams in a positive, team-oriented office environment focused on growth, accountability, and excellent service.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail oriented, bilingual in Spanish and English, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions throughout the day.
This is an in person position with long term growth opportunity, strong team support, and a $50K+ earning opportunity for the right candidate.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service calls and assist clients with policy servicing needs
Process policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage updates
Conduct coverage reviews and help identify gaps in protection
Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
Maintain accurate customer records and detailed account documentation
Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention and customer satisfaction
Work closely with sales and service team members in a fast paced office environment
Assist customers in both English and Spanish
Follow up with clients regarding policy needs, documentation, and account updates
Support agency growth through strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED
Previous insurance agency experience REQUIRED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and multitask efficiently
Professional phone presence and strong relationship building skills
Experience with customer management systems and Microsoft Office preferred
Detail oriented, organized, and dependable
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality
Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy office environment
Must be comfortable working in office full time (no remote option)
Active Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain quickly
