Pay: Starting at $18/hr with the opportunity to increase to $20/hr within the first 3–6 months

In this role, you’ll support customers with credit card and account-related inquiries while developing valuable banking, customer service, and corporate operations experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers with payments, balance inquiries, disputes, fraud concerns, lost or stolen cards, and account support
• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and supportive environment
• Deliver high-quality customer service while learning corporate banking systems and processes
• Escalate more complex issues to specialized support teams when needed
• Receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and career development support

Training Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Post-Training Schedules:
Flexible shift options available, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Must be open to working one weekend shift per week
