What Youll Do:- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants seeking social service support, delivering service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Provide clear, accurate information about eligibility requirements, application steps, and necessary documentation.
- Assist callers in navigating an online portal and guide them through completing their applications successfully.
- Work confidently across multiple computer systems, windows, and screens.
- Maintain accurate call notes, uphold confidentiality standards, and consistently demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- Represent TempExperts and the organization with the highest level of customer care.
What You Bring:- 13 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong computer skills and fast, accurate data entry.
- Experience with Yardi or Rent Café is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while remaining composed and helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- A compassionate, client-focused mindset and a commitment to helping people.
- Dependability and on-time attendance are essential.
