COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19.00/hour
• Monday–Friday | Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• W2 | Temp-to-Hire
ROLE IMPACT
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers – resolving inquiries, processing requests, and delivering a seamless service experience. Your ability to communicate clearly and handle high-volume interactions will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle high-volume inbound calls and email inquiries from customers
• Resolve customer concerns through effective problem identification and escalation when needed
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Process orders, applications, and service requests with attention to detail
• Route calls and inquiries to appropriate departments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, processes, and company offerings
• Cross-train across departments to support business needs
• Assist in training new team members on systems and workflows
• Support management with special projects and team initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and act as a resource for peers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of call center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
