We are a growing insurance agency seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our daily operations and provide excellent service to our clients. This role focuses on customer support, policy servicing, and call handling no sales license required.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, updates, and service requests
- Open, organize, and route incoming mail and documents
- Support customer retention through follow-ups and service assistance
- Route quote and sales inquiries to licensed insurance producers
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- No insurance license required
