Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist for a well-respected partner in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer service calls for companies across the country, using both the Spanish and English languages
  • Handle inbound calls including taking messages, entering orders for products, dispatching service technicians, and scheduling appointments
  • Ensure expert level customer service is received on every call
  • Document all call results into systems
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Spanish fluency required
  • One year of telephone, computer, and internet navigation experience
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Strong grammar and written and oral communication skills
