Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and services.
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates.
Handle concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first contact resolution.
Document all interactions clearly and accurately in our system.
Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
What Were Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Property & Casualty License is a plus; we are willing to train and help the right candidate obtain one.
Previous customer service experienceinsurance industry experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
