 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

We are seeking two bilingual English/Spanish Client Service Representatives - Outreach Agents to support community outreach, healthcare enrollment assistance, and beneficiary education services in the Stockton area.

 

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with the community, helping individuals navigate healthcare options, and making a positive impact through outreach and education initiatives.

 

Position Overview

The Client Service Representative - Outreach Agent conducts in-person outreach and enrollment support services for beneficiaries through individual assistance, group presentations, community events, and educational sessions. This role works closely with county staff, community organizations, and program participants to ensure individuals receive accurate information regarding healthcare plan options and enrollment services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment assistance services
  • Present healthcare plan options to beneficiaries through group and individual presentations
  • Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and disenrollment processes
  • Provide education on healthcare plans and available services
  • Support beneficiaries with medical exemption and waiver inquiries
  • Maintain positive working relationships with county staff and community organizations
  • Participate in community events and health fairs as needed
  • Perform enrollment/disenrollment data entry and documentation
  • Accurately document daily activities within CRM systems
  • Maintain compliance with established procedures and quality standards
  • Meet productivity and quality performance goals
  • Assist with training and guidance of new team members when needed
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Travel throughout the county and surrounding areas as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • English/Spanish bilingual fluency required, including reading and writing skills
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting presentations
  • Basic computer proficiency including:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM required
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous human services, healthcare, outreach, or customer service experience
  • Community outreach or public speaking experience
  • Experience working with low-income or diverse populations
  • Teaching, training, marketing, public relations, or health education experience preferred

 

Work Environment

  • Office-based environment
  • Community outreach and travel throughout the county required
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds
