 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
 Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and community-focused Bilingual Client Service Representative - Outreach to support beneficiaries through education, enrollment assistance, and community engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, presenting information to diverse populations, and building strong relationships within the community.

 

As a Client Service Representative, you will conduct outreach activities, assist individuals with healthcare enrollment and disenrollment processes, provide program education, and serve as a trusted resource for beneficiaries throughout their healthcare journey.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face outreach activities, group presentations, and one-on-one enrollment assistance.
  • Educate beneficiaries on available healthcare plan options and assist with plan selection.
  • Guide beneficiaries through enrollment, disenrollment, waiver, and medical exemption processes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with county agencies, community organizations, and program stakeholders.
  • Participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives.
  • Accurately document interactions and activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Perform data entry and transmit enrollment information according to established procedures.
  • Assist beneficiaries with questions regarding enrollment status, healthcare options, and program eligibility.
  • Support training and mentoring of new team members as needed.
  • Review program materials and knowledge base content for accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain production, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Travel throughout the assigned service area and surrounding counties as required.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Valid California Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel throughout the county and surrounding areas.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred

  • Six months or more of customer service, human services, or community outreach experience.
  • Experience working with low-income, underserved, or diverse populations.
  • Public speaking, presentation, teaching, training, marketing, community outreach, or public relations experience.
  • Experience assisting clients with government programs, healthcare services, or social service programs.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
