Qualifications
• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior QSR or similar industry recruiting experience required
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week
• Experience recruiting within Mexico and the broader LATAM/LAC region preferred
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with speed and professionalism
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce and/or Fountain
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Source active and passive candidates using modern recruiting tools, referrals, and networking strategies
• Support searches across varying levels, including specialized and hard-to-fill positions
• Deliver a responsive and high-quality candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics
• Maintain accurate data within ATS platforms (Dayforce and Fountain preferred)
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and recommend solutions when challenges arise
