What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Work with consumers to resolve outstanding accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Update account information in company systems
• Meet individual and team performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of collections OR sales experience preferred
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Goal-oriented and money motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
