APR is hiring for Bilingual Collections Agents for a client in Greensboro! This role is office based with a focus on collection calls, processing and documenting payments, and customer relations. Schedule - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Location - Greensboro 27401 Pay - Entry Level- $17.00/ Fee quota $4,500/ Earns 10% above quota *Increases as you progress* Summary Collectors make outbound collection calls or receive incoming calls as a third-party agency for collecting past due money, initiating appropriate action and maintaining records in accordance with State and Federal Laws. Attendance Being at work and on time is important to this position because the duties of this job are completed on a daily basis. Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all employees. To ensure adequate staffing, positive employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards throughout the organization, employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule. Being at work and on time is important to this position because a quota must be met monthly. A somewhat flexible work schedule allows employees to choose hours to make up a thirty-nine to forty-hour work week (either 4 days or 5 days) but employees are required to work two nights (off-line, consistently meeting quota may opt not to work nights). Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Remote work allowed with management approval. Physical Requirements The Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the following is required of this position: Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
