We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing insurance and financial services agency in Norman, Oklahoma.
No insurance license is required to apply. We will help the right candidate obtain their Oklahoma Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new clients
- Conduct client review appointments
- Assist clients with policy questions and service requests
- Follow up on policy changes, renewals, and coverage recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve client protection
- Schedule appointments and maintain client communications
- Support retention and client relationship initiatives
- Learn insurance products and agency systems
- Participate in licensing and professional development programs
- Maintain accurate notes and client records within agency systems
- Support agency growth through exceptional client service
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish and Portuguese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and in person
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Customer service, banking, retail management, hospitality, medical office, or sales experience preferred
- High school diploma required
- Ability to obtain Oklahoma Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses within 90 days of hire (agency assistance provided)
