Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Waste Leveler Area Supervisor position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Waste Leveler role consists of redistributing trash flow, cleaning up around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports. Pre‑Employment Screening
Candidates selected for hire may be required to complete a pre‑employment drug screening, consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Screening may include testing for marijuana where permitted by relevant regulations. Compliance with all screening requirements is a condition of employment.
Additional Screening Requirements For Driving Positions
Positions that involve driving company vehicles or driving on company business are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, conducted in accordance with applicable laws. To qualify for driving duties, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Hold a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
Be at least 18 years old and have maintained a valid license for a minimum of 2 years.
Have no Major Violations (Type I) within the past 36 months.
Have no more than 4 Minor Violation points in the past 36 months and no more than 3 Minor Violation points in the past 12 months.
Successfully complete a DOT physical examination and obtain the required medical certification prior to performing any driving duties.
Successfully pass a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
