COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $60,000–$65,000 annually or $26–$32/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Part-time considered)
• 1099 Employee (no benefits)
• Immediate start preferred


ROLE IMPACT
This role exists to strengthen the company’s financial accuracy and operational efficiency during a period of growth and internal transition. The Bilingual Bookkeeper will own day-to-day accounting processes, ensure clean and timely financial reporting, and support leadership with reliable data for decision-making. Success is defined by accurate books, organized documentation, and proactive financial oversight within a fast-paced construction environment.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Process payroll coordination, vendor payments, subcontractor tracking, and job cost allocation
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop and generate monthly financial reports
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and project-based accounting for residential and commercial construction projects
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff in both English and Spanish

• Office-based role in a small, team-oriented environment
• Standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers
• In-person collaboration with office and project staff
• Construction accounting environment with multiple active job files


Required Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with full-cycle accounting knowledge
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop


Preferred Skills
• Experience in construction accounting or home building industry
• Knowledge of job costing and project-based financial tracking
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
