We Are Hiring:

Location: Melrose Park, IL 

Facility: Ascension Procare Center

Department: Centro de Salud

Schedule: Day shift | Full-time 

Salary:$27.69 - $40.50 per hour 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
  • Administer individual and group therapy.
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  • Work directly with the patient, family, physician, and community providers to ensure active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.
Additional Preferences:

A master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is expected for this role

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
