Essential Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the community and provide leadership in the Community Manager's absence.
Manage resident accounts, collections, delinquency, payment processing, and move-out accounting.
Prepare leases, renewals, notices, lease violations, and resident correspondence.
Process lease violations and ensure timely follow-up in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
Respond promptly to resident concerns and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Process applications, approve qualified applicants, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Maintain accurate resident files and ensure data integrity within Yardi.
Assist with monthly reporting, audits, budgeting, and financial performance.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in the multifamily industry (required).
Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager (required).
Experience with RentCafe, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Strong knowledge of leasing, renewals, collections, lease enforcement, and resident relations.
Experience preparing and administering lease violations in accordance with company policy and Fair Housing regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.
High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
