Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Take personal responsibility and pride in the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are "showing ready" at all times
• Orchestrates all document preparation and signing with new community members
• Responsible for ongoing creative marketing efforts through local outreach or postings on marketplace sites such as Craigslist
• Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program while receiving mentorship from an experienced industry professional
• Must be available Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Preferably 1 year experience in Customer Service or Client facing role
• Proficient in English and conversational Spanish
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
