Bilingual Administrative / Operations Support Specialist

Pay: $18-$23 per hour (based on skill level and experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Position Type: Full-time | Long-term / Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking someone with a wide variety of skills who is also a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative / Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable company that continues to expand. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience in a manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, production, or operational environment who is comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite setting.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
  • Data entry, reporting, and tracking using Microsoft Excel
  • General office administrative support and multitasking across departments
  • Setting up freight shipments (LTL, DT, UPS)
  • Shipping and receiving coordination
  • Inventory tracking and cycle counts (office and warehouse)
  • Answering phones and supporting internal teams, printing labels, scheduling shipments with FedEx.
  • Assisting with purchasing and invoicing as needed
  • Working occasionally in the warehouse to assist with counts and operations
  • Communicating with vendors and internal departments
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish/English
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (proficient with pivot tables and formulas) and Outlook skills (required)
  • Data Pro experience is a major plus
  • Shipping experience with LTL / DT / UPS preferred
  • Inventory and shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Basic office administrative skills required
  • Purchasing or invoicing experience is a plus
  • CAD experience is a bonus (not required)
  • Construction experience or ability to read plans is helpful
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement, while asking questions when needed
  • Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
  • Combination of sitting and standing
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (hot/cold, dusty/dirty)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable going up and down stairs
  • Office and warehouse-based role
