HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Mandarin/English) to support project and office operations for a construction team specializing in semiconductor and high-tech facility projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9A-6P

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office and project coordination for construction teams
  • Manage and organize project documentation, files, and reports
  • Assist with invoice processing, data entry, and tracking project-related information
  • Coordinate communication between Taiwan-based teams and U.S. site teams
  • Schedule meetings and support internal/external communications
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and general administrative tasks
  • Track materials, orders, and project updates as needed
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure smooth project operations
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience (entry-level welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a construction or project-based environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
