This role will provide administrative support to 2–3 executives while helping ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, scheduling coordination, meeting management, and executive communications.The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and executive support to 2–3 leaders/executivesManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across teams and stakeholdersSupport conference and meeting planning, including logistics, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actionsPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and executive documents using Microsoft Office toolsCoordinate and organize records, files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityAssist with data gathering and preparation of standard and custom reports for leadership decision-makingSupport internal and external communications in both Japanese and EnglishCoordinate limited domestic travel arrangements and related logistics (approximately 5% travel support)Handle administrative tasks independently while supporting department-specific operational needsMaintain professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational practices in a dynamic environmentAdditional DetailsFlexible start time between 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM based on business needs and executive support requirementsInterview Process: 2–3 rounds, including onsite interviews with multiple team membersShortlisting expected within 48 hoursPotential opportunity for full-time conversion after 12 months based on performance and business needs **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
