Job Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Henderson NV 89014, Albuquerque NM 87110

Work Schedule: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm.

Strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics is required.

Job Details
  • Candidate/Supplier must provide equipment even though this is in office
  • Candidates need to be bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • This job is fully in-office and is in the Albuquerque, NM metro area
  • Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting walk-in customers with payment processing adhering to prescribed Allstate processes
  • Interacting with existing or prospective Allstate customers who visit the office in a professional manner to provide assistance or facilitate a virtual connection with an Allstate EA
  • Completing basic administrative tasks such as routing mail and coordinating the calendar application used to schedule EA/customer appointments
  • Utilizing Allstate and Microsoft Office applications to complete daily tasks
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records as directed by their supervisor
  • Completing special projects at the request of their supervisor
Experience
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service, insurance sales/service, or office administration preferred.
