We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and communication needs. This role will provide administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for both English- and non-English-speaking clients, vendors, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of office activities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both languages (written and verbal)

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and organization

  • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking notes as needed

  • Translate documents, emails, and communications to support business operations

  • Greet visitors and provide a professional and welcoming front-office presence

  • Support internal teams with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks

  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and correspondence management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Fluency in English and [Second Language - e.g., Spanish] required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate, healthcare, education, or professional office environment

  • Prior experience translating documents or supporting bilingual communication

  • Familiarity with office systems or databases

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
