Bicycle Service Manager
Our client is looking for someone with two years of service management experience who is responsible for managing the service department and ensuring that customers receive top-quality service for their bicycles. The manager will oversee a team of service technicians and coordinate their work to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
About the Role
Our ideal candidate will manage the service department, including scheduling service appointments, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and overseeing the work of service technicians. Train and develop service technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform repairs on a variety of bicycles.
