Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist/HR Clerk for our Hereford Plant who has a positive and friendly attitude.
Must be able to work shift as requested-may include some Saturday.
Schedule is subject to change as needed.
Responsibilities
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls - Good phone etiquette
- Greet and schedule applicants for interviews and schedule physicals
- Detailed orientated
- Good Organizational Skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Various tracking activities and data entry (e.g., attendance, logs, etc.)
- Produce various reports in excel and other computer software.
- Filing, assisting with time keeping, and be first point of contact with employees.
- Required to do orientation and speak in groups
- Ability to do orientation with large groups
- Multitasking - phones, window and looking up information
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous HR work-related or office administrative skills, knowledge or experience
- Bilingual - English and Spanish required - fluent in both
- Must work independently and as a team
- Sensitivity to confidential information
- Ability to use computer software programs to achieve job functions (example: MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Strong work ethics of integrity, honesty and dependability
- Good Work History
