The Beverage Supervisor is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the Beverage service.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the beverage service.
- Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate beverage service.
- Developing staff, to include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
- Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
- Review departmental status with Manager.
- Develop, implement, and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Three (3) years’ experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing and inventory control. Requires thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage/Hospitality practices and procedures.
- Must be Serv-Safe and RAMP certified.
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
- Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Proven ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Control Board for the position.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to withstand physical demands, such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods of time; pushing, pulling stooping, bending and squatting continuously throughout shift; able to lift and carry 50 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time.

- 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
