OverviewBe the go-to expert for on‑premise coffee programs.Join Farmer Brothers as a Beverage Station Field Sales & Service Specialist supporting a fixed route of customers. You will sell and deliver coffee, tea, and related products, keep beverage stations compliant with our standards, and grow route revenue by expanding product mix, adding new accounts, and retaining loyal customers.ResponsibilitiesRevenue ownership: Achieve the assigned route plan by adding new customers, increasing categories and SKUs at current accounts, executing pricing actions, and driving retention.Service precision: Ensure every customer on your daily schedule receives the required delivery and service.Prospecting discipline: Target a minimum of 1 prospective call per day (5 per week) and secure at least two new qualifying accounts each quarter (8 annually).Revenue per Stop growth: Identify and close distribution voids on core products, run seasonal/LTO promotions, and keep beverage stations set to standard.Operational excellence: Deliver, replenish, and rotate product at each call; keep equipment clean and operational; complete no fewer than one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily.Sales method: Execute The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell—recap all services provided and present business‑building initiatives before leaving each account.Customer care: Resolve or escalate issues rapidly to protect satisfaction and trust.Business controls: Manage invoices, inventory, and collections every day.Promotion support: Participate in regional and company promotions to boost performance.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.2+ years of route delivery experience in a customer‑facing B2B setting.Skills and traits for successMechanical aptitude with company hardware/software.Ability to frequently lift 75 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs; regularly lift/carry up to 50 lbs.Knowledge of the foodservice industry and a clean, solid driving record.Customer needs assessment, active listening, and clear communication with customers and management.Relationship building, collaboration, and sound business judgement.Independent, proactive, and strategic—able to identify problems and opportunities and act on them.Fully aligned with business goals and committed to execution.Required proficienciesValid Driver's License; DOT Medical Card.Customer Service, Territory Sales, Outside Sales, B2B, and B2C experience.Understanding of Food & Beverage Manufacturing.Experience operating Box Trucks.Driving role: Position requires an acceptable MVR; DOT physical completed upon hire.#J-18808-Ljbffr
