We're looking for someone who brings a positive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering immaculate customer service with every beverage served!We are currently hiring for ALL Shifts: Morning:5:00 AM - 1:00 PM 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mid Shifts: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Close/Overnight: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM As a Beverage Specialist, you are responsible for delivering consistency, quality, and speed in every drink you create while supporting the overall restaurant team. Qualifications:We're looking for individuals who bring energy, pride, and precision to every shift! A positive, team-focused mindset A passion for exceptional customer service A commitment to quality and consistency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanshipPrevious barista or beverage preparation experience is a plus - but not required Bilingual abilities are a plus (Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English & Spanish)Responsibilities: Beverage Creation Prepare a variety of beverages, including McCafé drinks, espresso-based beverages, blended ice drinks, and fountain beverages Follow all recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistency Operate beverage equipment, including espresso machines and drink stations Take pride in every drink you craft - aiming to Win the First Sip every time Quality & Consistency Ensure every beverage meets McDonald's presentation and quality standards Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy Balance speed with high-quality execution Station Management Keep beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures Customer Interaction Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the front counter or Drive-Thru Create memorable guest experiences through energy and professionalism Deliver drinks that not only meet expectations - but exceed them Team Support Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely beverage serviceCommunicate clearly with order takers and kitchen staff to maintain drink accuracySupport high-volume periods by prioritizing and organizing beverage orders efficientlyAssist in ensuring all beverages are prepared and handed off correctly for each orderMaintain strong teamwork to deliver a smooth and consistent beverage experience for every customerTraining, Certification & Development: No experience?
