The Bartender delivers exceptional beverage service by preparing and serving drinks accurately, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality. This role ensures guests enjoy a memorable experience by maintaining product knowledge, monitoring alcohol consumption responsibly, and upholding high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest engagement in a fast‑paced environment.
Prior bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of bar equipment, beverage preparation, and alcohol laws and regulations.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to create positive, engaging interactions.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in high‑stress or high‑volume situations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with recipes and service standards.
Take beverage orders from guests and servers, ensuring timely delivery and positive interactions.
Maintain full knowledge of bar products, drink preparation methods, alcohol laws, and responsible service guidelines.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce company policies to ensure a safe environment.
Engage guests with friendly, helpful, and professional service that enhances their overall experience.
Sell cigarettes, amenities, and food items as permitted, ensuring accurate transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar by replenishing supplies, filling ice bins, cleaning equipment, and removing trash.
Operate bar equipment and POS systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor during high‑volume or stressful situations.
