About the role

Start your day on the treatment deck, confirming steady water flow and verifying sanitation status across ROs, media beds, tanks, and filters. From there, you’ll move to the line to run critical quality checks, collaborate with production and maintenance, and keep meticulous records that ensure every bottle meets our high standards.

What a typical shift looks like

  • Verify water flow and sanitation readiness for all treatment units (ROs, media beds, tanks, filters) before production.
  • Execute routine QA line checks: pH, O3, conductivity, iron, chlorine, chloride, TDS, and sensory (taste/odor).
  • Conduct in-process production verifications: codes, label accuracy, fill volumes, torque, cap integrity, and leaker detection.
  • Pull and process samples for microbiology, shelf-life, iron, manganese, and turbidity testing.
  • Oversee water distribution and movements, including coordination of tanker transfers.
  • Perform sanitizing and start-up procedures, including bottle washer checks and validation testing.
  • Assess incoming packaging quality and disposition materials accordingly.
  • Carry out filter changes, backwashes, and sanitization of all required equipment.
  • Document everything within HACCP and SQF quality systems; maintain complete, audit-ready records.
  • Partner with production and maintenance to support output without compromising quality.
  • Immediately report and escalate any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall quality and operations.

What you already bring

  • Capability to perform all core responsibilities expected of a QA Tech I.
  • Experience in a manufacturing quality role (preferred).
  • Strong analytical ability; you can interpret collected data and translate it into clear actions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with personal accountability for results.
