- Manage daily sales, inventory levels, and vendor relations to ensure product availability and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate product displays, seasonal promotions, and maintain proper invoicing and pricing integrity.
- Train and schedule employees, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards, including alcohol sales regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs, and handle cashier duties when needed.
- Maintain communication with vendors and store management, monitor department performance, and ensure health and safety compliance.
