Were looking for a strategic and experienced Benefits & Total Rewards Manager to lead and enhance employee benefits programs for a multi-site workforce. As our Benefits Manager & Total Rewards Manager, youll own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our health, welfare, and retirement programs. Youll collaborate with HR leadership, payroll, HRIS, brokers, and vendors to ensure our benefits programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and employee centric.
What Youll Do
- Lead administration and strategy for health, welfare, and retirement benefits
- Manage vendor and broker relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service
- Oversee annual open enrollment, including communications, system setup, and reconciliation
- Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to improve benefits operations and system accuracy
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations
- Provide leadership to the Sr. Total Rewards Analyst and support broader total rewards initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of benefits and total rewards experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits compliance and administration
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with ACA reporting, Form 5500 validation, and benefits reconciliations
- HRIS experience required; Paycom preferred
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
