Please Note: This role leads a team conducting the sale and service of employee benefits programs to organizations. This is NOT an employee benefits administrator role such as one might find as part of a Human Resources team. SALES AND INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

• Licensed- Current licenserequired
• Experienced-The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus.
• Leadership-The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
• Multi-tasking- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
• Communication- The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization- Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented- Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Computer literate- Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
• Engaged- Show us you want to be successful and enjoy making connections with people, and you will see opportunities come your way. Our ideal candidate will want to take theball, andrun with it!
• Quick learner- We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
