Salary Range: $82,090 to $110,000
The University of St. Thomas has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
JOB SUMMARY
The Benefits Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, compliance and operational management of the Universitys employee benefits programs. This role oversees the Benefits Team, serves as the primary liaison to the universitys benefits broker and vendors, and ensures all benefit plans are aligned with regulatory requirements and university objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Five years of progressively responsible experience in benefits administration.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefit plans (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125, MN Paid Family Leave).
Proficiency with HRIS/benefits administration systems
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
