Benefits HR Enrollment Specialist

Location Dallas, TX 75201 | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00/hour

• Monday–Friday | 35 hours per week

• Full-Time, Exempt


Role Impact:

The Benefits HR Enrollment Specialist ensures accurate, compliant administration of employee benefits and leave programs while supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role directly impacts employee satisfaction, retention, and regulatory compliance by delivering timely enrollment processing, billing reconciliation, and employee support. Success is measured by seamless benefits administration, audit-ready documentation, and positive employee engagement outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual benefits enrollment and serve as primary liaison with benefit brokers and vendors

• Reconcile monthly benefit billing and process invoices with accuracy

• Facilitate new hire benefits orientation and manage HRIS file feeds for enrollments and terminations

• Administer COBRA, 401(k) retirement plan coordination, compliance notices, and annual audit preparation

• Manage FMLA and other leave administration, employee relations documentation, separations, unemployment claims, and HR reporting


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience,

• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong knowledge of HR compliance, documentation, and leave management processes, and must live in Dallas


Core Tools & Systems

• Paylocity HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, data analysis)

• Microsoft Word and Office Suite

• Benefits administration platforms and broker systems

• Payroll and retirement plan systems (401k administration)

• Survey and reporting tools

• Texas Workforce Commission employer reporting portal


Preferred Skills

• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Experience supporting employee engagement, wellness programming, and leadership training initiatives
