Coordinates all aspects and assists with all inquiries and resolution of employee benefits, to include, but not limited to: health insurance, 401k/403b, leaves of absence, workers compensation, disability and FMLA, in compliance with all Federal and State laws, agency regulations and with the goal of reducing agency liability of such claims.
