High School Diploma or GED
Open to varied experience; Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred

Job Description
Build rapport quickly and respond to customers with compassion via phone, email, and instant message
Customize your customer service approach to different communication styles while remaining professional and diplomatic on difficult calls
Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA, Data Privacy laws, and company security requirements
Explain health & welfare and pension terms and complex plan information in a clear, simple way members can understand
Read and interpret plan documents and knowledgebase tools to resolve requests and anticipate member needs

Position Details
Location: Must live within 1 hour of Richardson, TX 75081
Work Style: Hybrid
On-site required on Day 1
Must be able to come onsite for meetings and major projects as needed
Pay Rate: $18/hr+ (depending on bilingual status)
Schedule/Availability:
Monday–Friday only
Hours vary 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 32–40 hours/week
During busy season: 8:00 AM–11:00 PM
