Job Title: Benefits Coordinator
Job Desc: Contract position for a Benefits Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Laurel, MD surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new hire questions related to health and welfare benefits.
- Provide general health and welfare benefits, customer service support to staff and retirees via phone and email.
- Resolve or raise issues to Benefit Specialist.
- Review new hire and QLE enrollment requests in Work Day.
- Establish retiree records by leading data entry of new benefit elections, collecting required documents, and preparing files.
- Facilitate online enrollment changes for retirees and their dependents.
- File room maintenance, including filing and purging.
