JOB SUMMARY
Lockton is seeking an experienced, dynamic Benefits and Billing Coordinator to play a critical role supporting an innovative, high growth healthcare client. This is a unique, embedded opportunity where you will have true ownership of benefits billing and invoice reconciliation, directly impacting accuracy, efficiency, and client success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, is data-oriented, and takes pride in creating clean, reliable processes. You will leverage your hands-on Workday experience and advanced Excel skills to audit data, correct discrepancies, and partner closely with HR and benefits leaders to achieve success.
