Position Description:
The Benefits Analyst supports the design, administration, and compliance of ATD''s employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement (401(k)), FSA/HSA, COBRA, and wellness initiatives. This role serves as a day-to-day subject matter resource for associates, HR Business Partners, and vendors, ensuring data integrity, accurate enrollment processing, and timely resolution of benefits-related issues. The Benefits Analyst works independently on routine and moderately complex assignments and contributes to process improvement and communications within the Total Rewards function.
