Reviews data, conducts research, ensures compliance with regulations, and assists with the implementation of benefits initiatives. Works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure effective benefits delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluates benefits-related data to assess program effectiveness, utilization, and cost trends. Generates reports that provide data-based insights.
Responsible for administration of benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other supplementary benefits.
Ensures smooth open enrollment process by preparing materials, coordinating communications, answering team member questions, and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
Ensures accurate processing of benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, etc.
Maintains benefit documentation, including plan summaries, policies, and procedures.
Coordinates with vendors to resolve benefits-related issues and discrepancies.
Provides exceptional customer service and support to team members. Responds to inquiries in a timely manner and provides accurate information.
Supports the creation and delivery of benefits training sessions, new hire orientations, etc.
Supports and maintains the Benefits technology platform:
Completes system maintenance and updates
Provides customer support and issue resolution
Researches and resolves system issues
Ensures compliance with ACA regulations, including eligibility determination, form creation, compliance testing, and government filings.
