RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do- Build, maintain, and manage SOLD reports, contribution modeling, R&M, and RFP deliverables
- Support benchmark reporting and analytical deliverables for client teams
- Partner closely with analysts, consultants, and client service teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Apply understanding of benefits design, funding strategies, and cost structures to support client analysis
- Maintain CRM data and reporting related to new business activity
- Support client administrative deliverables including census work, plan audits, and document review
- Assist with compliance-related support such as annual notices, 5500 data collection, and compensation disclosures
- Partner with implementation teams on vendor transitions and onboarding activities
- Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and strategic client deliverables
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture aligned with Alera's values
QUALIFICATIONSWhat You Bring- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant professional experience)
- Prior internship or professional experience demonstrating analytical ability, client service exposure, and increasing responsibility
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Foundational understanding of employee benefits design, funding, and cost structures preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to obtain a State Life & Health license within 90 days of hire

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompensation Range: $60,000-$75,000 annually
Bonus Eligibility: 3% annual bonus

remote opportunity for candidates located within the Northeast region, with
