Description:
Administrative Assistant support
Prepare and reconcile A/P billing
Calculate and reconcile missed premiums
Create communication content for current benefit programs
Compile and distribute census data to carriers and other partners
Audit and reconcile Benefits Administration platform with current HR Systems of Record
Scan paper files and transfer to electronic filing system
Other duties as assigned
Required qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented
Have attention to detail and be self-motivated
Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
