Responsibilities End-to-End Benefits Oversight: Manage the daily administration of a robust, self-funded benefits portfolio, including medical (PPO/HDHP), dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, and the wellness program. Annual Events & Campaigns: Play a key role in planning and executing the annual Open Enrollment cycle, driving employee communications, and coordinating yearly on-site biometric screenings across locations.
