Benefits Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries regarding benefits programs
Respond to questions related to health and welfare benefits, pension plans, annuities, vacation benefits, and other employee benefit programs
Explain eligibility requirements, enrollment processes, and benefit provisions
Research and resolve benefit-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
Assist with processing forms, benefit updates, and other administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
Qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
Previous experience in benefits administration, customer service, HR, pension administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, annuities, vacation programs, and related offerings preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
