Benefit Fair Representatives educate employees and promote membership enrollment at benefit fairs, traveling to client locations or participating virtually during open enrollment. They explain plan options, answer questions, and help members understand the value of eye exams and benefits.
They interact directly with potential and current members, providing plan details and referring complex issues to Customer Service.
Additionally, they collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure material accuracy and may deliver presentations.
Responsibilities include collecting data, maintaining materials, and providing post-event feedback.
Ideal candidates have customer service or benefits experience, strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage virtual and onsite setups.
Travel, lifting up to 25 pounds, and business attire are required. Bilingual skills are a plus. This role is primarily seasonal with peak activity between September and November.
